These Terms and Conditions specify the rights and obligations of the buyer in respect of products sold on the www.florence-beauloye.com website. For orders under the conditions described in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the contract falls within the established distance selling regulation, particularly as it follows the Consumer Code, and special provisions listed below. Any order implies irrevocable adhesion to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer declares his ability to conclude this contract i.e., is of legal age and not under guardianship.

The products sold are those listed on the site on the day of consultation by the Customer.
Florence Beauloye draws the Client’s attention to the fact that the photos illustrating the products may be slightly different from reality because of the settings of the Client’s screen and the lighting conditions while shooting.
- the creations are handmade, items may have slight irregularities, lace density differences and/or shades that cannot be considered as major defects;
- in terms of Swarovski crystals, three colours are composed of two colours which are mixed randomly in the crystal: Burgundy Blue, Green Fern and Montana Blend;
- gems may contain very slight inclusions or natural crevices;
- depending on the acidity of the skin, the silver or gold plating of the Bohemia rocks (beaded necklaces and bracelets) can change over time, while remaining nonetheless shining.
Responsibility of Florence Beauloye cannot be questioned, the validity of the order will not be affected.
Prices are quoted in Euro, excluding postage costs.
In the event of a product delivery outside Belgium, customs duties and formalities are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated. The Customer undertakes to check the possibility of importing the products ordered under the territory of the country of delivery. For countries outside the European Union, delivery is based on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The recipient will be obliged to pay any duties or local tax for the order.
The Client is identified by completing the order form offered by the site and following the instructions. After reviewing the contents of the order and correcting any errors, he/she will definitely confirm. This confirmation shall conclude the agreement. Florence Beauloye shall send the buyer a receipt by email confirming the order and the information on it.
6. Payment Methods
The payment methods for the price of products and shipping costs are indicated in the order form.
The purchaser can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. Supported payment cards are: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® and Discover®.
The Customer certifies Florence Beauloye, during the validation of the order that their means of payment whether cheque or card are indeed valid.
The financial information shall be transferred through encrypted protocol and the third parties cannot in any case have access to them.
Throughout the European Union as well as in the rest of the world. The ordered product is delivered to the address shown on the purchase order from the buyer. This address can be different from the billing address.

No delivery charges for purchases equal to or greater than €195.
The delivery time varies from 1 to 3 weeks from receipt of payment. Florence Beauloye shall ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible and can make an express delivery on request, with supplement.
The delivery time depends on the quantities ordered, the models, the delivery address, as well as of the delivery method chosen by the client.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the content, compliance, and the condition of the product upon delivery. This verification is deemed to have been made if the Client, or a person regularly authorised by them, has signed the delivery receipt presented by the mail recipient or by the carrier.
Despite the care taken in the preparation of orders, it is possible that a product is missing, or that an error occurred during the preparation. If you notice such an error, please report it by email to email@example.com within a maximum period of 48 hours following the receipt of the order.
8. Right to Withdraw
The Customer has a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt to return the product to Florence Beauloye for the refund equal to the amount of the returned product, without penalty, except for the return shipping costs that are the responsibility of the Customer and the PayPal fees if the buyer has paid by PayPal.
Before the expiry of the 14-day period, the buyer will notify its intention to return the product by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org, and will in return receive the Belgian postal address of where to return the jewellery.
The exchange and refund of jewellery will be accepted if and only if all the following conditions are met:
- The Customer shall inform the seller of their intention to return the product within the time mentioned above.
- The product must have been neither used nor worn, altered, washed or damaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the invoice.
- It will be refunded within 14 days from the date the return package has been received to the prior indicated address.
- No refunds will be given for the benefit of the Customer who hasn’t exercised their right of withdrawal under the conditions of this article.
If the return of the product is due to an error (product missing, product doesn’t comply (subject to article 3)), Florence Beauloye undertakes to reimburse, in addition to the purchase price of the product, shipping charges incurred by the purchaser for the delivery of the product.
The buyer will report the error by email to the address email@example.com within a maximum period of 48 hours following the receipt of the order.
It will be refunded within 14 days from the date the return package has been received to the prior indicated address.
No refunds will be given for the benefit of the Customer who hasn’t exercised his right of withdrawal under the conditions of this article.
9. Law & Jurisdiction
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Liège, Belgium.
